Wattcellar

How long will the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 run a fridge, CPAP or sump pump?

4,096 Wh, 4,000 W AC output, 8,000 W surge. After conversion losses about 3,482 Wh reaches your appliances. Every figure below is worked out from EcoFlow's published specs and the sourced appliance data on Methods.

Runtime for common appliances

Hours = 4,096 Wh × 100% usable × 85% efficiency ÷ (the appliance's watts), one appliance at a time, from full. Basis: Jackery's published 0.85 runtime factor; 100% of capacity usable (the station's own cutoff), an example since the maker doesn't publish it. The output check compares the station's 4,000 W output with the appliance's peak running draw (a fridge's defrost heater counts) and its 8,000 W surge with the start-up draw.

CPAP nights

Medical equipment

A power station is not a medical backup system, and these are planning estimates. Ask your device maker or equipment supplier how to run your CPAP from battery power, and keep a plan for longer outages. What to check first.

Sump pumps

Start-up allows 3 × running watts, the top of Whirlpool's two-to-three-times range for motors. The example storm pace is 6 cycles an hour of 15 seconds each; time your own pump during rain.
